Why? because they take something away from us. Their changes to the company to make it more positive gets worst. Floors are very intimidating, very micromanage and a lot of gossips to pass around. They expect you to know what to go on around here and HR is not even close to be by your side. I cannot stress how bad this place is when it comes to management. Being stuck here is almost like prison, seriously no joke. Don't get too comfortable here or else you will work your way just to get out again. Floors and upper doesn't care much about you. Dealers knows how corrupt this place is and they are the realist. Having no holidays is no joke and this place has major flaws. Only because my co-workers and my customers got me through my day while half of the floors are nit-picky and extremely 'stick up your hole' to a lot of dealers. Being a dealer has it's little ups, but not much. They will never listen to the dealers opinions because they see it as an attack. Management never listens and will not even consider an ounce period. The managements on day shift is cool and nice, but the other 2? Get out. From day one I started working here, it was fine, until changes of management came on other shifts. I have work at this place more then 5 years.
